HOW DO I USE THE REDEMPTION CODE ON MY COUPON
To redeem a coupon, enter the coupon's redemption code at the check out page.  Follow the steps to apply your code and complete the purchase. Only one coupon can be used per purchase. 

 

WHY IS MY SELECTED CURRENCY CHANGING IN EUROS AFTER CHECKING OUT
All orders are processed in EUR. While the content of your cart is currently displayed in your selected currency, you will checkout using EUR at the most current exchange rate. 

 
THE SYSTEM CAN'T FIND MY SHIPPING COUNTRY ON THE CHECK OUT PAGE, DOES IT MEAN IT'S NOT POSSIBLE TO SHIP IT TO MY COUNTRY 
No, your country just need to be added to the system, please send an email to nudebypoi@gmail.com


HOW CAN I PAY 
  • Paypal
  • Payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
    For payment by credit card, you do NOT need a Paypal account. 
When you are ready to pay, click the "PAYPAL" button (even you don't have a Paypal account). Paypal will redirect you to their page and you are able to choose to pay with your Paypal account or Credit card.  


WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME
  • Registrated mail: 2-4 weeks includes a tracing number
  • EMS (EXpress mail service) is available with additional cost: 7-10 days includes a tracing number. Upon request, please send an email to nudebypoi@gmail.com
Delivery time may vary between countries depending on the location, country’s customs, local post system and the season time of the year (such as holidays etc.).


HOW DO I GET MY TRACING NUMBER
As soon your order has been packed and shipped a tracing number will be sent to your email address. 


WHERE CAN I TRACE MY PACKAGE
To trace your order, click here. Go to “Post/EMS” and filled out your tracing number.


DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE AT MY LOCAL POST OFFICE
No, the package will be send door-to door. Make sure you provide the correct DELIVERY ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER. It is your responsibility for packages not received due to an incorrect address.


IS IT POSSIBLE TO INSURE MY PACKAGE 
Yes. Upon request with additional cost. Please send an email to info@nudebypoi.com. 


ACCORDING TO THE TRACKING SYSTEM MY PACKAGE SHOULD BE DELIVERED ALREADY. BUT I HAVEN' RECEIVED ANYTHING YET
It sometimes happens that your local post office will hold your package at the post office for pick up instead delivering it door-to-door. Or sometimes your package has been delivered but nobody was home. Please contact your nearest local post office and be sure you ask them.


WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY PACKAGE ENTERS MY COUNTRY 
Please note that pythonskin products is legal in Indonesia, but the buyer is responsible for the custom clearance of his own country. 
  • Packages will be shipped with a value less than USD50, which is tax-free in your country. However, IF your country’s customs thinks it is needed to add taxes or any custom fees you are fully responsible for the payment.
  • Unclaimed/lost/undeliverable packages are not refundable. Liability of the bag will be transferred to buyer upon arrival of item to destination country.
  • Due to the nature of some goods sold (genuine python snakeskin):
    *International buyers: PLEASE CHECK with your local Fish & Wildlife (or equal) policies before ordering. Unclaimed packages are NOT refundable.

 


IS REFUND OR EXCHANGES POSSIBLE
Refund and exchanges are unfortunately NOT POSSIBLE. All items have been tested. Detailed pictures will be sent before shipping.  
In case of receiving the wrong item, please send an e-mail the same day you received the package (no refund without noticing).   

NOTE: The actual color might vary slightly due to different computer screens and angle lighting. All items are made from genuine leather, small imperfection on the leather is possible..
